The production workshop environment of a certain hotpot seasoning company is full of oil and water, and traditional paper labels and handwritten records are difficult to meet the requirements of food production process control. The Changzhou Sensitivity MFStage manual batching system helps customers establish a more stable and traceable digital production process through container binding, process data retention, PDA material preparation review, multi equipment feeding verification, and full process traceability.
Project background: Paper management is no longer suitable for the production of hot pot base materials. The production process of hot pot base materials involves multiple links such as raw material rehydration, sorting and chopping, ingredient preparation, material preparation, and feeding. The on-site environment has obvious characteristics such as humidity, oil pollution, and temperature changes. Under the traditional management mode, the production process highly relies on paper documents and manual experience, resulting in many risks in on-site execution and quality traceability.
Main pain points

Project configuration: Establish a digital closed-loop around ingredients, material preparation, and feeding.
